Cathe, as someone who has many of your videos and love them, I also weighttrain traditionally. I would love to strictly do your vids, but find i cannot lift as much to maintain the muscle i have due to cardio restrictions. I cannot catch my breath if I were to lift what I normally would. How do I go about this without losing alot of muscle?
