How to clean matt and stability ball

I never clean them... but when I get closer... it stinks. All the sweat dripping on them

Any ideas on how to remove that smell?

I use an all purpose "natural" cleaner - like Greenworks or Arm & Hammer. Squirt, wipe well, and dry. Or just soap/water and lay it out in the sun to dry, the sun will kill any bacteria and the smell. I admit, I don't clean mine often, but I should. The last time I cleaned it was bc the cat yakked on it
