Hi Cathe!
I wanted to pass something along to you. I live basically at sea level. I do your videos religiously and have been doing them for years. Over the years I have had certain things happen to me to make me actually SEE how in shape I am. All from your workouts.
This recent one was I went to Colorado this past week to do some hiking. Now, I wasn't sure what to expect but I knew that I would be not completely hindered by the altitude because of being in good shape. But I didn't know either if I could keep up.
Well, not only did I KEEP UP I actually was FINE climbing up hiking trails at 10000 to 12000 feet. I went and went and went and must have done about 15 miles or so over three days of climbing and some of the climbing was pretty darn steep. }(
I owe it all to your workouts Cathe. Especially I think the IMAXs. Those things really WORK and sometimes you are fooled of how good in shape you are because you don't have anything to compare it too.
But this time I did.
So thanks Cathe! Because of you my first time hiking in like ten years and EVER at such high altitudes was not only doable but FUN and EXHILIRATING.
Although after I was done, I felt like I had done about a week or two weeks worth of your workouts.
Thanks Cathe, I was really impressed with myself truly. But I owe it all to you!! Can't wait for your new ones!!!
