Hardcore Rotation Checkin Thursday April 28

Morning Everyone,
I'm back from vacation and boy do I need to burn some calories. I made the mistake of getting on the scale as soon as I got home (feeling fat and guilty) and it was NOT good.

Since my rotation has been interrupted this week with my vacation, I did Body Blast Step, Jump & Pump for the first time and it just about killed me. I got nauseous and now I'm shaking and my muscles feel like jello. I think I may have overdone it first day back. I'm undecided on what I'm going to do for the next week, as I feel the need to lose weight, but I also don't feel as though I didn't do a long enough strength rotation for my ectomorph upper body to build any muscle. I might just play it by ear until Cathe posts May's rotation and then decide what to do. Any suggestions would be welcomed. I probably have to lose a few pounds from vacation and then I want to start building more muscle.

Hope you all were well while I was away. I had a bad case of the stomach flu on vacation that I'm still getting over.

Welcome back! I'm passing the baton back to you to iniate the daily checkin posts! I missed you while you were away. I did a mediocre GSCT workout this AM. I haven't had a chance to absorb your entire post so I'll re-read it and respond later. Sorry that you overdid it this AM! Such is the penance we pay for vacation! I hope you had a great time! WELCOME BACK!

Welcome back Lora! You'll be surprised how quickly bouncing back to your usual routine will be. The first two or three days will be tough. Glad to hear you had a good trip.

Well, I really think it is time for me to change things up quite a bit. About three months before the HC's were released I focused solely on S&H series. Now grant it, I'm the strongest I've ever been, but I'm also the thickest I've ever been. I've actually lost definition in my quads (they are just very round now).

I think I looked my best when I was using the BB series. I just LOVE heavy weights!! So, here is what I'm planning for May. What do you think? I'd like to focus more on full body w/o's using moderate weights, with some added heavier lifting as an add on.

Good Morning ladies, I did more Tae Bo yesturday at nap time .:) :)Today some Firm Cardio,Not sure which one yet.Now We have Pink Eye In the House . !!!! Gees will it end ???? LOL . Have great days

Hi everyone,
My workout today ended up split. I had to leave and run some errands early and my daughter came over at lunch.
This morning I did Gym Style legs. This afternoon I did Step Blast & step only with stretch of SJP.

Lora welcome back. You will get back into your routine maybe having the stomach flu made you feel badly after your workout. I hope you get to feeling better.
