Legs day yaya-- Im alternating lite and heavy legs days.. this one was lite as I did it at home :)

Legs-
Squats 5 X 12
Plies 3 X 10
Front Lunge 3 X 8
Sissy Squats 5 X 10 ss w/
HS Curls 5 X 10
Firewalkers 3 X 72
Sgl Leg Deadlifts 3 X 10

Ill have to re-evalute my program :) I never feel I make the routine very thorough. I want to get everything in but Im trying to cut down on exercises..

Barbell Underhand Rows:
90# - 5/5
80# - 12/12
70# - 15
***These felt awesome. Last set was a struggle.

One Arm Rows:
45# - 5/5
30# - 15
***Haven't done these for a long time. They felt good.

Decline Barbell Pullovers:
65# - 5/5
55# - 12
40# - 15
***I usually don't like doing pullovers with the BB because it hurts my elbows but this time it didn't. I can heavier with the bar then with dumbbells.

Barbell Shrugs:
135# - 5/5
130# - 12
120# - 15
***Should have gone way heavier on these.

BICEPS
Dumbbell Curls:
27's - 5/5
22's - 12
17's - 15/15
***Could have gone heavier with the first two sets. Biceps were burning by the last set.

Hammer Curls:
30's - 5/5
17's - 15/15
***Good weight for all four sets.

Dumbbell Preacher Curls:
27's - 5/5
22's - 15
15's - 15/15
***Kept excellent form with this and really felt it. Lactid acid build up big time.

Dumbbell Wrist Curls:
12's - 15/15
***Good burn here.

I woke up with a terrible headache this morning so got up and took some aspirin and went back to bed:( Bad thing is aspirin is bad for the bones and the dr told me to quit tylenol as I was having some off things on the liver. So I have to make a choice if I feel I can't take the headache. I have had one for 3 days now

I ran 5.5 miles on the treadmill this morning and burned 623 calories. Then I did BOSU Blast core/abs using 10# dumbbell, then Tracey's Core Blast Bosu segment with 10# med ball, Amy's 10 minutes Solution sculpt tone and reshape flat firm abs segment with the red 8 band(be glad when the heavy one comes) I finished with the stretch from Rumble with 3#. I really like the flexibility training on this dvd. Total calorie burn today was 823 and workout time was 1hr56 minutes. I realized that I forgot to do some calves which was on my schedule for today. I am trying to hit them more. It seems a lot of workout dvds neglect to add them. Mine are tiny and so are my ankles.
Got more painting to do today. I am getting closer to done:D

Debbie, you do such a great job of putting full effort into your workouts and diet:)

PebbleSus, I keep thinking that I need to try to find a way to cut back my workout time some. Too many things to do and not enough time to do them.
 
Fumbled my way through ASC 2 this morning. The music seems kind of loud on this one and I need to turn it up be able to hear Amy's cues, unfortunately DH was still in bed and I could turn it up, so I did it without any music.:(
