well.. I hope I got the thread title right
Sundaya are usually my best day for working out (usually I dont have anything I really need to do so I have full energy.. unless of course its a beach day
Back-
Decline BB Pullovers 5 X 8
Decline Rows 5 X 6
Decline DB Pullovers 5 X 8 (verticle grip)
Shoulders-
BB Presses 5 X 6 (upped weight!)
Front Raises 3 X 8
Bent Lat Raises 2 X 6
I kind of push/pull rotated lats with shoulders instead of doing them each straight through
Legs-
warmup squats & side lunges
Sissy Squats 4 X 8 (liked these so much I may make them a regular part of my routine.. at least until I blow out one of my knees-- these can't possibly be good for you!!)
Glute Raises 3 X 12-10 (with weight)
Rear Lunges 3 X 10
Deadlifts X 2 (again, didnt feel much here :T
Modified Hack Squat 3 X 8 (did this againts the wall with stability ball.. not bad, next time will be better)
That was enough!! Didn't have the energy for ab's today .. maybe tomorrow
