This morning I did Day 80 Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge 41 min, 276 calories Max HR 147. I really had to push myself to do this today. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Greg Sims Cardio Metabolic Circuit 50 min, 310 calories, Max HR 159. His seem to be my least favorite. This one is a lot of muscle endurance. Has my legs and arms screaming. I finished with Brook Benton's Yoga Burn 27 min, 152 calories. TOtal time was 1 hr 58 min and calories burned 738. Day 81 of Supreme 90 is a rest day. Tomorrow I will probably do cardio and add the next Supreme 90 Core Dynamics. It has Total Body, Cardio Challenge and Core Dynamics alternated 3 more times to the end.
 
Afternoon,

I truly forgot about checking in today, duh! This morning, I did Lowmax and I just about passed out:eek: I haven't done a step w/o in moooonths, I made it :p Sunday starting my rotation thinking either STS or endurance. I'll figure it out.

Diane and Roselyn you guys are truly amazing, so very consistent with your workouts:) I use too, but am having a hard time finding my mo-jo, really, maybe this time around I'll get it right :)
