Off to do Spinervals Sprinting Machine. It's supposed to be tough....so I hope I make it. Be back in a bit.
 
Good Morning, today I will be doing Amy's All Pump Extreme and some Kickboxing. I am going to do the Bonus bag work on APX and use my new heavy bag. BTW my dh posted a picture of me and my bag in OD on my birthday thread if anyone is interested:) BBL

Morning ladies..
I am sore from head to toe.
Gosh this getting back is painful.Again.
I just did a 1/2 hr fast walk yesterday.
Going to do power hour tonite.
I may be sorry..

I ended up doing Spinervals Sprinting Machine. Workout was 55 minutes and I burned 370 calories. The workout was tough...but sprinting is easier for me thant he longer intervals. I also did Hemelaya's Behl's Evening Bath yoga segment off of Yoga for Urban Living.

Well, got up this morning to do cardio. Had a horrible headache. Stayed up for about 10 minutes and went back to bed. You know it's bad for me not to workout.

I'm feeling much better now. I guess I'll take today as my rest day and workout on Friday.

Debbie sorry about your headache. I've been having really bad headaches latley too. I did start a new birth control dont know if that is the cause of it or what.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Yesterday I was technically challenged and could not get a picture on my tv for P90X leg workout. Don't ask. Anyhow, I improvised and did this.....

Balanced lunges 16x's for each leg
Walking Lunges with 35# db's 200x's
Lat Pulldowns 80# 3 sets/8
Reverse Chin Ups 6/6/5
Superskaters 16x's each leg


I know..workouts looking shorter lately. Time is too that I have. Today doing chest/shoulders/abs.

Gonna have a girly day here by end of week and get a facial and get my nails done.

Checked out all the new perfumes. I could just crawl over and cry cuz I can't get them all. I almost cried anyhow when I seen the voodoo oils have disappeared..whatever shall I do when I run out of French Love????? I meant to order a big bottle!!!!
 
Morning Maniacs! I did an hr. Mt. bike ride this morning. Went 7.6 miles and average speed was 7.5(lots of hills) and 21 was my high speed. I wanted to go longer, but didn't have time. If only I didn't have a job. LOL! It was wonderful to get back out on my bike! I've got to remember to get some mace as I get kind of nervous in the hills by myself. I'd take Carma, but then that takes more time to load her up in the car and all.

Diane Sue- Love your new toy! You look great in the picture and your hair is getting longer.:)

Guess what. I hit a ticket..
Won 500 bucks in gas. I was screaming. I have never won a thing in my life..No but gas for about 10 weeks Happy dance..

Wish i had the energy to do 2 hrs a night..

Hi. Sorry for butting in - I just wanted to ask a question (as you Hardcore Fitness Maniacs are the people I look up to most here on the forum).

I recently began eating clean and I'm really enjoying it. My problem is this - I usually eat clean for a bit (3-4 months) without 'cheating' at all. Once I finally do allow myself an indulgence (such as a piece of cheesecake or slice of pizza), I get this "well, you blew it!" attitude and then I end up binge eating for weeks on end.

I DO NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN THIS TIME AROUND.

Last week, I allowed myself a cheat 'meal' (I had a bunch of Reeces' Peanut Butter Cups for dinner one night) and then got back on track the next day.

Do you fit ladies cheat? If so, do you do a cheat meal, a cheat day, etc? I'm just trying to gain some semblance of control, and I'd like to have a plan in place so my past habits don't come around to bite me.

Hey Maniacs! Lunch time here. Trying to decide what to eat. Fridge is pretty bare. Yikes!

Lisa- I love CTX! They are some good workouts. That's why I bought the new ones that Cathe has coming soon.:) Have you used mace before? I'll probably end up spraying myself. I should maybe practice some. LOL!

Anne- Yeah! YOu won some money!!! How fun is that?! I'd be thinking [font color =red]road trip![/font] Your amazing getting in workouts with all the hours you work and now all this property buying and shop building stuff. That's a pretty full plate! Yes, coming down from the hills is a BLAST~!

Debbie- Hope your headache is still gone. Nothing worse than waking up with a headache!

Randi- You're doing great with Cathe rotation! MM is one of my favs.

Char- Did you get your tv working? You deserve a girly day out! I usually go for the pedicure myself.:p

WormwoodScrubs- Come join us! I totally understand what you are saying. I've been there done that (and still do it on occasion). I have some really good articles for you. One "cheaters and binge eaters" shows you how to eat healthy and cheat at the same time and still get results. You get rid of that guilty feeling of cheating and you are HAPPY and not all deprived feeling. The other is "10 rules for misfits", which might help you too. Maybe these will help you stop the "all or nothing" mode that we all can fall into. You should check out some of Skwiggs other stuff. She's very motivating and funny.

My workout today was Amy's Kickbox Ex great premix stopping at the stretch and repeating the bonus bagwork then I did KPC high intensity segment, All Pump Ex chest, shoulders and stretch. I have to leave here soon to pick up children from 3 different places. Also need to run to the store for salad. Funny thing I found is it is hard to stop the dvd, put on boxing gloves, and then push the play button again, also couldn't get them off quick enough to answer the phone so I just finished the bag work and then checked caller id and called back. I should have got the ones with open fingers.

Dallys- nope I don't have it myself...but I use to mountain bike when we lived in NC and I always thought, as I was riding the trails, that I should have some!
 
Hi All!

Late check-in. Busy at work. This morning it was kinda wet outside so I did an hour and 20 minutes on the bike in the basement on the CompuTrainer. I rode a route in Central Park. :) It was actually a little hilly. But no wind! :p My chest is sore from Hot & Heavy yesterday. I'm happy since I was shaking so much!

Diane Sue - Loved the picture and the poem that Bill posted. What a sweetie he is.

Debbie - I'm glad you're feeling better.

Randi - Your BC pills may be too strong for you. You might want to have that checked. Happened to me once when I was about 21 - crazy headaches and high BP from them.

Dallys - LOVE your new avatar. :)

WormwoodScrubs - I do one cheat day a week. More than that and I start to lose control b/c then it's a little here and a little there and more here and more there and then forget it. I'll start gaining. So I keep it all to one day. I don't pig out all day long or anything, but I don't worry about what I eat on that day either. If I want something, I have it. But come the next day, I'm totally back on track. I hope that helps.

Wormwoodscrubs, you really should join us. I think many of us have had that happen. I usually do allow a cheat once in awhile. I generally plan it into my day. For instance if I know I want a piece of cheesecake later. I plan my meals around it. That way there is really no guilt. I will have a veggie egg beater omelet for breakfast, lunch may be a spinach salad with half a piece of grilled chicken and fat free dressing, and I will choose a low fat low cal dinner item and then I can enjoy that treat:) I think planning it helps. If it is one of those spur of the moment indulgences I have a lower cal day the next day. I find it makes little difference in my results. If I feel tempted to really overindulge I remind myself how I will feel later(usually over stuffed and kind of ill) and definitely not happy with myself.

Toasty - I thought Beth's post mentioned that she moved the Voodoo's under Bewitching Brews. Check there and see if I'm correct. The update was pretty expensive and I didn't even like everything in it. I need to start selling stuff to save for the Carnivale Act now! I'm broke. I got an Inquisition and a Crypt Queen. Did you get a Crypt Queen? I thought that had your name written all over it!

Diane Sue - great pic of you with the heavy bag. I want one of those so badly! We have the regular heavy bag in the basement but when you kick it - it flies. Need the one attached at the bottom.

I pm'd you. Yes, did get Crypt Queen. Had to. How unique. O.k. so now how am I suppose to get a facial and get my nails done buying so much perfume? I might have to take the new position offered to me...slave like a dog and live like a queen..be like Jekyll and Hyde..how wild is that??? lol.

Got in my workout. Will post it tomorrow. Damn, Debbie..it was a long one. I am almost too embarrassed to post it. Benching is something I struggle with. Please don't laugh if I post. I will be glad when I work biceps again to make up for lack thereof. ha ha.
