Hi. Sorry for butting in - I just wanted to ask a question (as you Hardcore Fitness Maniacs are the people I look up to most here on the forum).
I recently began eating clean and I'm really enjoying it. My problem is this - I usually eat clean for a bit (3-4 months) without 'cheating' at all. Once I finally do allow myself an indulgence (such as a piece of cheesecake or slice of pizza), I get this "well, you blew it!" attitude and then I end up binge eating for weeks on end.
I DO NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN THIS TIME AROUND.
Last week, I allowed myself a cheat 'meal' (I had a bunch of Reeces' Peanut Butter Cups for dinner one night) and then got back on track the next day.
Do you fit ladies cheat? If so, do you do a cheat meal, a cheat day, etc? I'm just trying to gain some semblance of control, and I'd like to have a plan in place so my past habits don't come around to bite me.
