Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 6/20

My shoulder is about 98% better, still not 100%. It still hurts if I move it the wrong way so I decided to not do weight training this week. I will do three days of cardio, maybe four.

Today I got up and did one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a great workout. I forgot my stats at home, but I'll try to remember:

16 minutes in zone
35 minutes above zone
448 calories burned (I think)

i did butts n guts today including the bonus legs, have not done this one in a long time, it felt good
 
I am sorry I have been missing. Not much for workouts. Today there was nothing, yesterday was Turbo Fire Hiit25 and 5 min of Hiit Stretch. Saturday I cannot remember if I posted. I did Kelly Coffey's Split sessions lower plus the bonus. 5 minutes of Kelly Roberts URX-MT Poly-performance plyometric urban rebounder workout. I had a call to bring children over from son in law so they could take my other granddaughter to the hospital. Her kidneys have been failing. Worrying about her, I just do not have the energy to workout. Eating is not good, but hopefully I get back in sync soon. She went home today with blood pressure taken at home which dd can monitor her pretty well with medical background. She will get more tests tomorrow and if they do not continue to improve it will be a kidney biopsy. She is such a sweet caring child. So not wanting to admit feeling bad. But tests tell a different story. Also she had an atrophy in one of her legs 2 weeks before this. I watched her last soccer game of the year last month. This was so sudden.
