Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 5/16

So I was suppose to start a new rotation today. I had NO motivation to do that. I don't feel like to workout whatsoever. That is so unlike me. Usually after a week off I can't wait to get back into my workout room. Not this time. And technically I've had an extra two days off more then a week.

So I'm taking this week as a rest week again and hopefully by next Monday I'll feel like working out again. If not, I will force myself back into it. I won't go more then 2 weeks off. So we'll see.

I don't feel much like a maniac lately. :(
 
This morning I did Rapid Fire w/u heavy bag, standing & Floor core,40 min,228. I then did Supreme 90 Total Body no w/u 30 min, 200 cal.. Next I did Kelly Coffey Split session bonus floor work 16 min 67 cal, I finished with budokon flow & flexibility 39 min, 176 cal. Total time 2 HR 5 min. 671 cal
 
Debbie, sorry you are just not feeling like working out. The only time I ever feel like I do not want to workout is if I am really fatigued or ill. Sometimes I will opt for something lighter than originally planned or that really has more appeal. I hope things change for you and you don't have to push yourself to do it.
 
Debbie, hope you feel up to working out again, I miss ya here. Let me know what your rotation will be maybe it something I can do along with you, right now kind of following your summer rotation.

Today I did Stepblast and I was going to do a little more cardio but for some reason I was drenched in sweat and had a great workout, maybe because I have not done it in awhile, then I did TF 20 abs.

Diane Sue, great workout as usual, are you going to keep tracking your food?

M1-flax cereal and strawberries, little protein sprinkled on top
M2-protein shake
M3-oatmeal cookie, clean eating mag. recipe, apple
M4-salad, stuffed cabbage roll with turkey and brown rice
M5-yogury
 
Diane Sue - I'm actually surprised that I'm feeling this way. I don't like it. I have stuff going on with my job and it's really doing a number on me. I'm pretty sure that is why. I swear I'll be back at it next week. I just need to relax my mind for another week.

Roselyn - I'll let you know what I plan to do. I want to do a split like chest/triceps one day, then back/bi's another day and legs/shoulders on another day. Then I'll do 2 cardios. I'm planning on taking each weekend off for a while. I did that last summer and enjoyed it.
 
Debbie, I am sure you will be right back at it. Stress at work or home can totally alter how we feel about things. Enjoy your break.

Roselyn, yes, I am going to keep on tracking my meals. Not done today though. I think I posted yesterday's. So busy I will have to go look.

Meals today are not finished.
1- after running errands around 1:eek: Macdonalds Southwest Grilled chicken salad
2- Southbeach nutrition nut packet
3-blueberries, almonds, Myofusion whey

4- tofu shiritake noodles with shrimp, 1 cube laughing cow light swiss cheese, asparagus chopped, parmesan, and minced garlic
