Hardcore Check in June 30,2011 Thursday

I didn't see a check in yet. So hope I am not starting a second one. This morning I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT with Keli Roberts Plyo Poly Performance Circuits 51 min, 370 calories Max Hr 155. This one does not get my HR up like the rest do but I really like it. There is quite a bit of strength involved with it. Then I did Barry's Bootcamp back and shoulders cardio using the rebounder. This worked out nicely. Not as intense as the URX-MT though. This was 18 min and calories burned was 119, max hr 139. Finished off with Jackie Warners Crunchless Abs full workout and a set of 50 calf raises with 20# dumbbells , 35 min, 222 calories. I decided I needed so me yoga so I did Shiva Rea's Power Yoga FLow forward bends and hip openers. 18 min, 46 calories. Total calories today was 757 and time spent 2 hr 6 min.
Meals yesterday were:
1-Corn tortilla with Cabot's 50 % reduced fat cheddar and some salsa
2-low sodium v 8 juice
3-Amy's Pesto Tortellini Bowl
4-Healthy Choice Spicey Caribbean Chicken and spinach salad with blueberries and light house organic raspberry lime vinegiarette
 
Today was Total Body and I chose the new STS Total Body workout. It was AWESOME!! I loved it. Each section had 3 tri-set workouts. First set of trisets is 16 reps, second set is 12 reps. What a burner for each section. The only thing I didn't like was there was only 2 tricep exercises. No tricep section at all, one exercise was included with the chest work and the other was Tricep pushups that was in a bonus burn section. Weird.

But, I was sweating like crazy and really had a great workout.

Now I don't do total body until Tuesday. I hope that will be enough for this next 9 weeks. I feel like I'm not getting much weight training in with this rotation but maybe that is a good thing for now. :rolleyes:
