This morning's workout was Sharon Twombly's Zero to Sixty, 68 min, 513 calories, max hr 153. I then did Chalean Extreme Ab Burner 11 min, 52 calories using a 15# dumbbell. I finished with Chalean Extreme Dynamic Flow Yoga 38 min, 172 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 57 min and calories burned 757.
 
Hi all. I'm doing much better with my back. About 95% better. I'm hoping to be good to go for next Monday. I'm glad this happened on a scheduled rest week.

Debbie, I am glad to hear the back is doing better. It is good that you needed the break during recovery. It is so frustrating when those things mess up the workout progress that we are trying to make.
