Hard Core Fitness Maniacs Saturday April 9

Total body again today. Had an ok workout. Just not feeling it today.

3 sets/15 reps with 2 minute rest between each set.

Double-Arm Kickbacks - 10's
Barbell Calf Raises - 100#
Pushups - 3 sets/15 reps on toes
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's
Plie Squats - 40#
Barbell Front Raise - 20#
 
This mornings workout was Cardio Fusion Step premix no stretch, 42 min, 355 calories, max hr 162. I then did Intensity Step premix skipping the w/up 31 min 302 calories, max hr 171:D( I don't get it up there like that very often) I then did Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min 61 calories. Total time was 82 min and calories burned 718. I will post meals later. I need to get out and buy some things for maintenence on our lawn equipment since my neighbor is going to help with it. Also need to get some fresh veggies. My crisper drawer is empty except for some parsnips.
 
Back from errands. My neighbor came over and he has the tractor mower charging. The other one starts right up:) I went and bought all of the maintenence parts so when they are needed we have them.
Meals yesterday:
1 schwans triple berry blend with honey, cinnamon, Bobs, red mill extra thick rolled oats1/4 cup, myofusion whey, plain kefir
2 grilled chicken salad with lite blue cheese dressing, bbq sauce,& added spinach since this came from Sonic
3 5 Schwan's turkey pork meatballs with schwan's marinara sauce
4 pineapple
1470 calories: 34 gm fat, 208 chol, 131 carb, 73 pro (not that good)

Meals today
1 protein shake with myofusion delicious vanilla whey, coconut water, almond milk, 1/2 banana
2 4 turkey pork meatballs with Schwan's mediterranean vegetables
3 Salad with Beef and light dressing probably chipotle salsa mixed in to make it lighter.

Debbie, sorry you weren't feeling it today. I hate those days. It took me awhile to make a decision on what I wanted to do today. It was sort of open because I did the abs workout from Supreme 90 with another weight workout. Tomorrow being the rest day.

Roselyn, those Hardcore Extreme workouts are some good ones:)

Debbie, you know I have had that dvd and have never done them. So, I am going through my collection and doing a lot I have never done or have not done in a long time, but I enjoyed it and can't wait to try the other workouts.
 
Today's workout was yoga class, 85 min, level 2. Another episode of trying not to cough all through shivasana...for some reason I don't really feel like I need to cough in any other segment. Still sick, I guess.

Yesterday was High Reps.
