Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed April May 11

Cardio today, I did Hardcore Extreme workout 2, a combo of low max and imax 3 intervals, ending with kickmax challenge.

M1-cereal with blueberries, some protein powder and a sprinkle of skim milk
M2-protein shake
M3-peanut butter, apple
M4-stuffed cabbage rolls, made with turkey, onions brown rice

I did a slow steady jog ;)Today was so much better than yesterday workout, wasn't as tired. Have a great day guys:rolleyes:

I was awake at 3 this morning. I woke up with neck pain. Iced it and took Advil. Workout was short because I tried to get a little more sleep. I did Supreme 90 cardio challenge no str 35 min, 241 cal day 76 of rotation, max HR 155, then I did Core Dynamics 24 min, 139 cal, no w/u, day79 of the rotation. Total time 59 min, 380 cal.
 
Meals yesterday were:
1- strawberries, kefir, almonds and Myofusion vanilla whey
2-Ezekial wrap with Schwan's roasted chicken bites, and veggies, Chipotle dressing
3-Curry coconut sea scallops with snow peas on baby spinach
4-Ezekial wrap with Schwan's fajita chicken, veggies, salsa, and lowfat cheddar

Roselyn, that is a good workout. I love cabbage rolls:D

Teddy, nice job on the jog and getting more rest. Lack of sleep sure can make a difference.
 
Meals today were:
1- protein shake with Myofusion Whey and decaf coffee, sugar free General Foods Mocha mix ice and silk coconut milk
2-salad with schwann's fajita chicken strips, veggies and chipotle dressing
3-blueberries with Myofusion vanilla whey
4-Tony Horton Bring it recipe for bean soup
