Eats yesterday was:
1 pina colada protein shake I mentioned yesterday
2 baked garnet yam with pepper
3 veggie stir fry with kale, broccoli, leeks, shrimp and pesto stirred in. This was pretty good since I just through it together
4 2 mini twix bars( I really need to quit adding these sweats in) The Easter Candy is calling to me. I should have waited till the weekend to purchase it.
Today's eats
1- light vanilla ice cream

( I had to run to the store and had not eaten so was fixing some for the grandbaby and my resolve went out the door)
2-Spinach salad with thai peanut dressing and almonds, protein shake with decaf coffee
3-Fix it and Forget it lightly Beef Burgundy on bed of spinach leaves or with tofu shiritake noodles
