This morning I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT with Greg Cook High Intensity Metabolic Resistance with resistance bands(tubing) 49 min, 412 calories, HR 135-161 In zone 129-144 22 minutes. Then I did Pure Strength Back, Biceps, and Abs 45 min 257 calories. Total time was 94 minutes and calories burned 669.

Trying to get in to the doctor to check for strep. My throat is scratchy today and my grandson has strep and his sister has a fever. I have my grandbaby here today(brother to the granddaughter with the kidney failure and bloodpressure problems) this is not good. She cannot get strep.
