Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for TUes April 19

Ok,today I did Mindy Mylrea dvd All Out Cardio, she is a little goofy sometimes, but, let me tell you this kicked my booty, it is constant cardion and soooo many options on the dvd. Then I did TF 10 abs.

Linda, glad to hear from you again, I hope your shoulder stops hurting and you will do a push up again, you can't keep a strong woman down for long:)

Woke up late and didn't have any energy, especially for cardio. I think I'm in my cardio funk again. :( I decided to do Rapid Fire and did two segments of the shadow boxing and then did all of the kickboxing part. My HR monitor stopped working about 14 minutes into the workout and I have no clue why. So I don't have HR stats for today's workout.
 
My workout is finished. I was going to go to our new local grocery store but now I have to wait on the insurance guy to come out and look at my car. It took him long enough. Hopefully I can fit it all in before I go pick up the other children.
My workout today was Urban Rebounder Extreme wit Patrick Goudeau Core Metabolic Cardio 51 min, 376 calories, max hr 153, 21 min in zone not sure about how much below and above since I wore my Polar F6. I followed this with Supreme 90 Day Core dynamics day 54, no warm up 25 min, 133 calories. Tomorrow I will do day 53 Total body. I switched them around because my legs are sore and my low back is achey from all of this extra work around here. I finished off with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar, water core, and backbending vinyasa segments 34 min 133 calories. Odd I burned the same amount of calories as core dynamics. TOtal time was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned 642.

Debbie, sorry that you are feeling in a cardio funk. Crazy HR monitors:confused: I spent a day last week heading in to take the strap off and try adjusting to get mine to work right. It is terribly annoying when trying to get a workout in.

Roselyn, Mindy Mylrea is always a bundle of high energy. She really can put you through an intense workout:D
 
Meals yesterday were not so well planned
1- Ezekial pocket bread with feta cheese, veggies, and light dressing
2- whey and coffee protein shake

4- cashews, whey shake
Too busy to find time to cook a meal.
Today
1- pineapple juice, Dyamatize Whey protein in pina colada, coconut water and several pineapple frozen chunks
need to hit the grocery store
2-garnet yam baked with just some ground pepper on it

Hermia - Do you do taxes for a living or were you talking about your own personal taxes? I'm glad tax season is over. We did well this year due to the pellet stove we bought last year. :) We still had to pay, but nothing like we did in the last couple years.

Roselyn - I had only one Mindy DVD and just didn't like her. She is goofy. I've heard her workouts are really good, though.

Diane Sue - Your days must just fly by, you are always so busy going here and there. That would drive me nuts. I hope you can find a day where you can just slow down for a while. I just don't get it with the HRM. I hardly ever have problems with that one and I even had a feeling it wasn't going to work right for me today. I just took it off, it's not worth my time to try and get it to work and interrupt my workout. I just don't get why it acts up like that every once in a while.
 
I got out to the new grocery store. Wish they had low sodium items and items specifically for health conscious. I went back out to Target after my grandbaby left. Still not everything that I want. I hate having to drive all over the place just to pick up certain items. Found eggplant but now I have no Ezekial bread, pockets or wraps. Those silly low carb tortillas never seem all that healthy to me. Just make me bloated.

Debbie, I can never figure out why my HR monitors randomly get spastic. I have had 260 HR and 0 Hr. Baffles me. I would love a rest. Not long ago I had a day that I did not have to go anywhere or have someone here. I spent most of that weekend sleeping and havinng a little to eat. Still never felt rested for some reason. Lots going on with dh gone. I can only talk to him this time via phone. From where he is with no internet in his housing (he buys a card) it is costing some money. Before we used Skipe. This stresses me out a lot too along with all of the extra things I need to do.

Which Kelly Roberts did you buy? I bet it is good. I have always liked Kelly Roberts.

Hermia, I thought you worked for a University. Is that personal taxes? I bet being married it altered your filing.
 
Yes, I teach college composition...it was personal taxes that drained all my energy. It's actually pretty straightforward, but I always end up owing so I avoid it and then I feel all blah after I finish them, even though it's not really like I'm out extra money...I just didn't pay as much as I ought to have through the year. It comes of working for multiple schools.

I went to a new yoga teacher today, and this guy was killer; he takes no prisoners, lol. My mat was drenched, as was everyone else's, and just a 55 minute class, too. I'm going to keep going to his classes for sure!
