My workout this morning was Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge no stretch, 34 min, 253 calories max hr 153 I had a hard time getting my HR up today despite feeling energetic, was wondering if it is my allergies which have really kicked in. I then did Supreme 90 Day Back and Bicep, no warm up, 52 min, 322 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow flow of empowermment standing pose segment 22 min, 86 calories. Total workout time was 1hr48 min and calories burned 86.
I finished off post in meals last night but I did add extra protein powder and berries to the final meal. I needed the calories.
Todays meals
1-leftover chickpea and spinach curry soup , 1/2 Dymatized pina colada whey with pineapple and coconut milk shake
2-Clean eating magazine recipe not sure the title but it is shrimp with cheesey grits. I will sub light laughing cow for the cheese
3-tempeh and veggie stir fry
4-decaf coffee and protein shake
