I did cardio interval I love this dvd and intervals from Mindy Mrylea's new dvd.

Eats that I am planning

M1-oatmeal
M2-protein shake with pinapple
M3-turkey sandwich
M4-apple, peanut butter
M5-roasted turkey, veggies, salad
 
Today was cardio and I really had no desire to do anything. Got on my treadmill and did Cardio Coach #1. Had a fairly decent workout, I didn't go balls to the wall but kept my HR up in my level 3 zone. Inner thigh felt great, no tightness at all today. :D

CC #1 is only 30 minutes so I ended up doing a steady state fast pace walk on a 4% incline for the rest of the hour.

5 minutes below zone
20 minutes in zone
36 minutes above zone
486 calories burned
3 miles travelled


Roselyn - The chili was from a WW book I found. It is really good and was so easy to make. I actually think I can remember the recipe:

1# low fat ground beef
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/2 c. water
1 16 oz. can chili beans, undrained
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Cook ground beef, onions and garlic til ground beef is browned. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.

So easy and really good.

My workout this morning was Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge no stretch, 34 min, 253 calories max hr 153 I had a hard time getting my HR up today despite feeling energetic, was wondering if it is my allergies which have really kicked in. I then did Supreme 90 Day Back and Bicep, no warm up, 52 min, 322 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow flow of empowermment standing pose segment 22 min, 86 calories. Total workout time was 1hr48 min and calories burned 86.
I finished off post in meals last night but I did add extra protein powder and berries to the final meal. I needed the calories.
Todays meals
1-leftover chickpea and spinach curry soup , 1/2 Dymatized pina colada whey with pineapple and coconut milk shake
2-Clean eating magazine recipe not sure the title but it is shrimp with cheesey grits. I will sub light laughing cow for the cheese
3-tempeh and veggie stir fry
4-decaf coffee and protein shake
