I did Michelle Dozois cardio interval and some Amy Bento hi/low cardio (did 3 intervals)

Today was suppose to be abs and stretch but I did cardio and abs instead. I just felt like I needed another cardio workout since the one I did on Tuesday wasn't all that great. Hopefully I'll get another cardio workout in tomorrow as well.

So I did Cardio Coach #2 Revised and had an ok workout. Nothing to get excited about, still don't have a whole lot of energy today. I'm glad I got this in, though.

Then I did the Ab work from Rapid Fire. I really love that ab workout.

This mornings workout was Urban Rebounder Extreme Amy Bento Bootcam Metabolic Intervals, 52 min, 406 calories, Max HR 156. This was fun with each exercise group at 2 min then follow with another. It had a lot of strength intervals and on and off the rebounder moves. I almost skipped it but ended up doing Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge no w/up or Str, 31 min, 231 calories, Max HR 152. I am just tired of that one. I followed this with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min and Kelly Coffey's 30 min to bootcamp bonus str 18 min both flexibility/stretch workoust 103 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 52 min and calories burned 740.

Meals today are:
1- strawberries
2- Hungry Girl 1-2-3 Italian-style bacon alfredo bowl which uses chicken and tofu shiritake noodles. I subbed some low fat real bacon bits for the T of bacon and fresh mushrooms instead of canned
3- veggie stir fry with blue hake

Debbie, I guess the HR monitor decided to work today:D Good job getting the cardio in.

Roselyn, which Amy Hi/Lo did you do? I like to do her all interval premixes as add ons to my other workouts:)
 
Roselyn - Nice cardio again! Don't you ever get sick of doing so much cardio? LOL!

Diane Sue - Yep, the thing decided to work today. Not sure what happened yesterday? It does that every so often. Your foods sound good. I'm hungry!
 
Diane Sue, how is the AMy Bento dvd?

I know, Debbie, I can be a cardio freak, there are days when I don't feel like it but I just get up and do it, and say I think I can, I think I can...
