Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat June 25

Today was cardio, I did Insanity Max Cardio and 30 Hiit TF, followed by a 20 minute ab Cathe workout, getting myself ready to start Insanity Asylum in a week or so.

Eat
M1-egg whites on ezekial tortilla
M2-protein shake with strawberries
M3-peanut butter
M4-salad with turkey, tart cherries and balsamic and olive oil
M5-apple
 
Today's workout was Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Amy Bento Bootcamp Metabolic Intervals, 51 min, 434 calories. Then I did Kelly Coffey's Train Like a Contender Lower Body conditioning which has a short ab segment 15 min, 87 calories. I followed that with 10 Min solution 5 day get fit abs 10 min, 55 calories and added Brook Benton's Cardio Kettlebell stretch from her Kettlebody workouts, 6 min 27 calories. I even did the headstand today on this one using the wall. I have a tough time with that one but I kind of like her stretch. Total time spent was 92 min and calories burned was 604.
Meals yesterday were:
1- 2 slices dry ezekial toast
2- several cherries and several grapes
3- pasta with chicken breast strips and Schwan's queso(not the best but really not high in fat, had family for dinner)
4- salad with turkey bacon crumbles, light feta, fat free dressing and bbq sauce
5- more salad
 
Roselyn, my granddaughter is at home but still battling with her blood pressure and kidneys. We are waiting for more tests before they decide if a kidney biopsy is needed.
 
Diane Sue, I must have missed the initial post about your granddaughter. Sorry to hear about the health problems...will keep her in prayer.

No workout Saturday, although I did go to a crawfish boil with my husband. One of his work friends is from Lousiana, so he put it on for his Cali friends. It was interesting...I don't eat things with tentacles, but it was a nice time. =)

Sunday's workout was Body Max 2 the warm up, power circuit section (I think that's what it's called...the cardio/legs section), then the upper body. No energy for abs! =(
