Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Mon May June 6

Today's workout was Chest and Triceps. Had a great workout.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

CHEST
Incline Barbell Press - 90# - 3 sets/6 reps
Dumbbell Press - 35's - 4 sets/8 reps
Decline Dumbbell Flyes - 30's - 3 sets/12/12/10 reps

TRICEPS
Barbell Lying Extension - 55# - 3 sets/6 reps
Overhead Dumbbell Extension - 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
Double Arm Kickbacks - 12's - 3 sets/12 reps

Triceps were burning. Felt really strong today.
 
Today I did Pure Strength Back, Biceps, and Abs 43 min. 266 calories. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme- MT Amy Bento Kickbox, 53 min 451 calories. Total time spent was 96 min and calories burned 717. I had a friend over for lunch and am going to dd's this evening for dinner which will be pizza. I am taking salad.
Meals yesterday were not too bad:
1 salad with tuna and homeade low fat bacon ranch dressing ( I used low sodium turkey bacon.
2 omelet with low fat cheese and salsa
3 salad and some scrambled egg beaters

Today
1- salad with grilled chicken and veggies the homemade dressing and almonds on it. A coffee cake I adjusted the recipe on that has raspberries, lowfat cream cheese, I used spelt flour and 50/50 sugar and splenda.WE had some cheddar breadsticks with this. This was company lunch. I think I ate too much.
2- dinner will be more salad at dd's. Not sure about the pizza. I am totally not hungry so we will see where my willpower is. This is a dinner for my nephew who is here from Washington on business.
