Todays workout was STS Total Body 67 min, 493 calories, I thn did MMA Boxing Heavy Bag, core and stretch 32 min, 292 calories. I finished off with Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min ,69 calories. Total time was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned 854. I weghed in today expecting to have gained from all of the pizza and cake birthdays etc.. I lost weight so was pretty surprised. Now down to 113. Here I was worried about the short workouts. I will see what Vegas does to me:D I am almost all packed. DD will pick me up this afternoon. I did pack some workout clothes and am taking tubing and a band along with my ipod that has workouts. I might use the treadmill or something at the gym there.
I keep forgetting meals
Yesterday was
1 kidz z bar
2 carrots with fat free ranch
3 carba nada noodles with tomato sauce, spices, rinsed and drained artichokes, mushrooms
4 tilapia and asparagus
So far today I have only had some tilapia I need to go shopping but will wait till I return. I cooked the tilapia in coconut oil and sprinkled it with organic unsweetened coconut and it was really good. Yesterday I used a Schwann's season packet that came with it and it still tasted like dirt to so I was surprised how much better it was with just using what I did today.
