Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. May 27

Today was Legs & Shoulders. I woke up with a twisted neck. I must have slept wrong. I went light with the weights because I didn't want to make it worse.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

LEGS
Squats - 85# - 3 sets/8 reps
BSS - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps
Elevated SLDL - 85# - 3 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Calf Raises - 25's/3 sets/25 reps

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's - 3 sets/8 reps
Upright Rows - 45# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise - 10's - 3 sets/12 reps
 
This morning I did Brook Benton's Kettle Body Sculpt 28 min 151 calories using 15 and 20lb kettlebells. She uses 10lb., I then did Kelly Coffey's 30 min to Fitness Muscle Definition All legs in the body part section 11 mi 67 calories. I finished off with Urban Rebounding Extreme with Greg Cook metabolic interval and circuits 49 min, 406 calories Max HR 158. I love all of the core work you get with this one. Total time spent was 88 min and calories burned was 625.
 
I am having a hard time keeping track of my Eating. I have had food out several times lately. Yesterday was no breakfast. Lunch with grandchildren at Lotsanoodles and I got a noodless chicken, cheese and broccoli dish on salad greens, dinner was mixed veggies with some parmesan cheese.
Today
B- mixed berries with Myofusion Whey and some almonds
L- Morningstar Farms grillers crumbles with salsa, jalapeno's and some lowfat cheese
D- Veggie stir fry with chicken
