Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. Dec 9

Today was STS Heavy Legs. Love, love, love this workout. Kept it a bit lighter today, I am still afraid I might irritate my low back. But I'm happy with what I did and I feel it.

4 sets with 8 reps for each exercise:

Squats - 80#

Elevated Deadlifts - 65#

Leg Press Station - 155#

Static Lunge - 70#

Happy Friday :D YES!

This morning, hopped on my treadmill and had a awesome workout :D I up the intensity much :rolleyes: When I finished my clothes was wet. Yesterday, ended up a NO workout day...hm...i overslept, but, okay with it. Since I started this week out on a Tuesday; on my w/o calendar its named intro week :cool::D:eek::eek::eek::eek:

This morning I did Bob Harper Ripped Core 49 min, 279 calories using 5,8,&10# dumbbells. I followed with URX-MT Amy Bento Kickbox Metabolic Intervals 53 min, 463 calories Avg HR 136 Max HR 167. I ended with Cathe's Yoga Relax stopping at the balancing poses 22 min, 76 calories.
I am not sure how I felt about the Bob Harper workout. It had some cardio to it, there were squat hops, squat thrusts to the side,roll backs etc.. I think I will probably end up dividing it by standing and floor abs.
