Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. April 29

Cardio today, I did michelle dozois interval burn and some cathe hiit, then TF abs.

Just watching the royal couple making their way back to the palace.

Eats today will be

M1-oatmeal, blueberries
M2-protein shake
M3-apple, peanut butter
M4-hardboiled eggs
M5-Salad with turkey, veggies
 
Today was cardio again and I did a quick Cardio Coach workout and then did a stretch.

I chose CC #8 but only did the warmup, Challenge #2 which is the two - 8 minute jogs and then did the cooldown. I ran the first 8 minutes at a 4.0 mph which isn't really fast, but for me its a good jogging speed and the second 8 minutes I did at a 4.2.

I chose Karen Voight's Yoga Stretch and it felt really good. My inner thigh was getting tight again with the jogging.

My car is in repairs, we will get it back in a week. Hopefully I'll be able to ride my motorcycle next week to work. Looks like it'll be a bit chilly but no rain. Crossing my fingers!

It seemed to take forever to get my workout in. I did not sleep well. So tried to sleep in a bit. DH called last night and then this morning. He was in a car bombing in Afghanistan yesterday and I am just thanking God that he came out with just bruises and soreness. DD called this morning too so my workout was sort of split up. I started with Supreme 90 Day legs 33 min, 207 calories, then I did Kelly Coffey's Split sessions bonus floorwork with the band 16 min 53 cal. I followed with Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Gay Gasper Metabolic cardio intervals 53 min 343 calories. The calories might have been different but I stopped and talked on the phone twice during it. Workout time was 1 hr 42 min and calories burned was 596.

Debbie, hoping you have nice weather. I am hoping I do not have to drive anywhere while my car is in the shop. They offered me a rental car for 1 day at 20 dollars a day. I bet it would be a junky car. I have the pickup but really am not wanting to drive it. I can't drive grandchildren around in it.

Roselyn, I have paid little attention to television lately:confused: Good job on the cardio today.
 
Roselyn, Dh is in law enforcement and is a contractor for the military. He was out with the soldiers patroling. I have only done the Split Session floor work so far. I was hoping to maybe check out the upper body segment tomorrw. The floor work with the band tied had some new angles on moves that I liked. I used a loop instead of tying the band. It was tempting to add on the lower body today to Supreme 90 but I was pushing for time.
 
geez, a car bombing?! That's crazy. I'm glad he's ok. I'll be praying for his continued safety.
 
Just finished STS disc 14, yay! (legs)
I anticipate soreness tomorrow. I also did the abs from Tracey's hi/lo med ball and yesterday was yoga.
