Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri.11-11-11

Today was STS Back and Biceps with the backoff sets. Had an ok workout, wasn't really into it this morning. Biceps killed, I know I'll be sore tomorrow.

Home today and just finishing up me workout :rolleyes: Today, I did slow steady jog and STS d-17 legs, BBS have 10 appt.

I have been having a nice visit with my Dad. Going to go to dd's for dinner. Today I did Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets upper body. 290 Calories, 56 min. I probably should not have done this because my neck and trap area is very painful on the left side now. I will try to get back here later. I hope everyone is getting in some good workouts.
