Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for April 14

Cardio, did not feel like it today but make myself, I did TF 60 and then a Hiit 15.

Eats

M1-oatmeal
M2-raspberries with some protein powder
M3-chicken breast, some veggies
M4-peanut butter, apple
M5-turkey salad with dried cherries, balsamic and olive oil (2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp oil)
 
Today was my relaxing day. I got up 15 minutes later than usual which is always welcome and I did abs and stretch.

For abs I chose the workout from Kick, Punch & Crunch. I was shocked I was able to do all the pykes on the ball. It's been a long time since I've done this workout.

For stretch I chose Karen Voights Yoga Stretch. Love that one. I feel so good right now. Muscles are relaxed and stretched. Really needed that.
 
I got a late start this morning. I made a dr appointment for my grandbaby because he eye is red a puffy. She was playing with a new scrub brush that has a little girl face on it in the car and poked her eye with it. So, I will be leaving here in a bit. Lots of calls this morning. My dil called from work to set up the doctor appointment and dh called twice. Waiting for another call so workout was sporadic. I was having a hard time getting into it. I started with MMA Fusion and really felt I was not working hard enough, 50 min, 272 calories. Then I did Supreme 90 Day Chest Shoulders and Triceps skipping the w/up 42 min, 218 calories. I lowered some of the weights today because of the right shoulder and trap pain I had the other day. Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow Twisting Kriya, and creative roots segments, 20 min 62 calories. TOtal time was 1hr 52 min and calories burned 552. Tomorrow is Tabata and then I will do the week that is the 2 total body workouts with cardio and the core dynamics workout.
I will come back with eats. I started with Ezekial pocket bread with soy tempeh, veggies, and chipotle dressing.

Roselyn, good job getting the cardio in anyway.

Debbie, it is always nice to sleep a little longer. Nice workout too. I forgot about the ab work in KPC.
 
Roselyn - You are a cardio maniac! Wow, I could never do that much cardio in a day. You and Diane Sue amaze me.

Diane Sue - Sorry to hear about your grand baby. I hope he will be ok soon. You had a great workout even though it was sporatic!

Here are my eats:

M1: 1/2 c. oats w/BSN Lean Desert, 1 tbsp. PB, 1 banana
M2: WW chili; 1 tbsp. shredded cheese (YUM!); grapefruit
M3: Greek yogurt (if I can get it down, I'm so sick of this crap. Need to find something else for a mid-day snack)
M4: Egg sandwich w/provolone and ketchup; almonds

Have no clue about calories and such. I haven't been keeping track. I probably should get on the ball and do that.
 
I got a lot done today. I took my grandbaby to the doctor and it is just something with the eyelid and not the cornea. Then picked up the grandchildren and headed to Home Depot for some peppers and flowers. I already planted the tomatoes. We also harvested some of the fennel. It was a first and I did not know that I was supposed to pull the bulb out of the ground. It did not look too good so I trashed it but am harvesting some fennel seeds, stems, and fronds(leaves).(this is a fennel plant that I planted last year) I also moved the heavy bag stand and removed some heavy furniture in preparation for painting my workout room which will have to be done during the weekend.
 
I've misplaced my copy of KPC/L&G...one of the hazards of moving! I could swear I've seen it around here, just not sure where.

Today was Pyramid Lower Body. Also I used the gift card my mom got me for my bday to get STS #2. I knew I was only going to get one and I wasn't sure whether to go witih #1 or #2. Looking forward to it coming in.
