Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for April 11

Gee, I cannot believe it is almost halfway through April.

Today I did bi's, tri's and shoulders, and then core dynamics from Supreme 90.

Meals that I am planning

M1-my trusty oatmeal
M2-protein shake
M3-turkey salad with dried cherries, with balsamic vingegar and some olive oil
M4-greek yogurt
M5-have not decided what to cook yet, thinking a turkey breast, salad and veggies
 
Today was total body and I had an excellent workout. Same workout as last Monday only in superset fasion. No increase on any of the exercises because I think I hit my wall on most all of these exercises with weight. Didn't want to risk injury.

4 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Today's workout was Lower Body Blast w/up, lunge pick up and jump lunge segment for w/up, then Supreme 90 Day Legs skipping the w/up. 40 min, 275 calories. I followed with Shock Cardio Core Circuit Express mix 33 min 257 calories max HR 160. Next I did Lauren Brooks Kettlebell 2 Killer Abs 13 min 72 calories and finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow bends and hip openers 18min 47 calories. Total time was 1 hr 44 min and calories burned 651.

I used 20 and 25lb kettlebells for Killer Abs

Roselyn, April is moving too fast. I have so many things going on this month. I guess next doesn't get any less busy.
 
Meals yesterday-
1 turkey wrap my grandson made flat out wrap, salsa con queso dip, 2% mexican cheese blend, low sodium turkey deli slices, lettuce, tomato, black beans, crushed fritos
2 Schwan's mediterranean vegetable blend with turkey pork meat balls
3 Schwan's turkey pork meatballs with marinara sauce
1470 calories, 34 fat grms, 131 carbs, 73 pro

Today so far:
1 schwan's triple berry blend, 1/4 cup oats, honey, cinnamon and kefir
2 Clean Eating magazine crab cakes with purchased mango lime salsa
3 coffee and vanilla whey protein shake with coconut milk

Roselyn - Nice workout and eats! I can't believe April is halfway over either, but at least it isn't the 18th like I thought it was when I woke up this morning! LOL!

Diane Sue - Nice workout and eats! My eats are way off today because I didn't have time to do my chili yesterday. I'll make it when I go home and I'll be set for tomorrow.
 
The rest of my eats today were
dinner-last months clean eating magazine curried spinach and chickpea soup
(this was good but not real filling) I added a green salad with broccoli and peppers and topped with Tai Peanut dressing
Snack- Flax Z Snax low carb cereal with 4 egg whites made into a pancake and topped with sugar free raspberry preserves.
It was hard keeping the cholestral down after the crabcakes I had for lunch
I am still too low on calories. I may go ahead and add some Dymatize whey to that pancake. It has very little cholestral but I am already 5 over.

My macros are showing 980 cal; 30 fat;96 carb; 74 pro
