Gym Style Premixes

Has anyone taken the time to document what is in the Gym Style Premixes? For example I noticed Gym Style Legs has 2 timesaver premixes, curious which exercises differ besides just the time difference. I tried to search this forum but did not see any break downs of all 3 Gym Style DVD premixes.

Yes, I have worksheets on all Cathe's workouts.

HC GSLTS1 is 33 minutes. This does not include the floor exercises.
HC GSLTS2 is 49 minutes.

All the same exercises are done, it's just the number of sets that make them different, for ex/ TS1 three sets of squats, TS2 two sets of squats are done.
