Guys presently on STS??

I'm new to the STS workout and would like to hear from other guys who are currently on or have finished a complete round of STS. I'm curious to see what kind of strength and or muscle gains your are seeing after the program.
I just finished mesocycle 1 and am on my active recovery week. I do feel stronger but have not seen much muscle growth. Please let me know what you guys have experienced!

I just finished Meso1 and the rest week. I'll be starting Meso 2 this week. I haven't completely done the STS program before but I have done some of the Meso2 rotation. It's the "Hypertrophy" mesocycle and most of the exercises are basic heavy lifting. I expect to see some muscle gains.

Hi, guys:

I thought I would let you know that I just started STS (on M1 Week 2) and my 14-year-old son is doing it with me. I can't wait for him to start seeing strength gains so he can blow all the 90 lb weaklings in his class away.... :D

Anyway, he would never do any of my many other Cathe DVDs with me until he saw that there were actual guys on STS!
 
I am impressed, enough to admit this blows away free-style lifting and my longtime habit of doing 3 sets of 10 as heavy as I can go. My last bench was 375, squatting at my heaviest on our full leverage machine was at 600. Doing this with my wife was funny at first, especially that warm-up and band work. I'm on Meso 3 now and my strength gains are making me become serious about finishing and doing it again. I've gained 2 inches on biceps and 3 on chest plus dropped 3 inches on waist. I am even thinking of getting one of those bands they use instead of old bike tubes. The one thing I pay attention to is writing down my weight changes and go as heavy as I can. My wife is big on eating right, plus she's supplement savy. I doesn't hurt to have heavy lifting equipment at home either.
