We are having my DH's family portrait done during the Thanksgiving Day weekend since everyone will be here. I NEED to lose a few pounds before then since the wonderful camera puts on 10lbs. I'm going to try to eat as clean as possible with all this Halloween candy in herex( What I need advice on is should I do more cardio or weights or a combo? I am going to push for 6 days a week with a rest day on Sunday. Or if I do circuit training such as Boot Camp, do I work cardio only on alternate days? Hope this makes sense.
