Enabler Alert!!

I've never done any of her workouts - how would they compare to Cathe? By clips they kind of look metabolic - at least the strength ones do...
 
Hi tlc 93! Yes, love to get things done!!! ;) Jamie, I would say her weight workouts are metabolic and her cardio is fast paced cardio; a little like Cathe's newest hiits but more choreographed. Tough workouts! I like her energy and demeanor. I was noticing her newest peak 10 cardio is divided up into two 30 minute workouts, and that is a good thing for me as I like to add on cardio after heavy lifting:)
 
Jamie, I enjoy her wkouts! They're typically about 1 hour and you work up a nice sweat! They ARE described as metabolic circuit workouts. I'm not sure exactly what's in the new Peak 10 but the other ones.......she has you start at "basecamp" which is your recovery, then you move into "ascent" where you begin to up the intensity, "climb" is where you're pushing yourself hard then "peak" which last 15-20 seconds of hard cardio . The moves are add on style and her cueing is great. If your using weights..that's in the ascent segment. All compound moves that really do a nice job working you. She uses FULL range of motion and manages to work the core pretty good. I usually burn over 450 calories and feel pleasantly spent after. Love them! Try it!!
 
I have two of her Peak 10 workouts, but I only have done one of them (the one without the weights), and I really like it. It's tough, but doable. I like to throw it in the mix when I'm looking for a change.
