Cathe, I am looking for an eliptical (cardio) to go with my bowflex for my mix of workouts, which is either you, or the machines. do you have any opinions on ellipticals that I could use for cardio,say like before one of your harder weight training workouts????? please help, and congrats on achievinf another goal, now you can set a new one. JC

i think you should post your question in the open discussion forum. there are alot of knowledgable folks that can help. sometimes cathe comes and goes on the forums so you might not get your question answered right away.
