Does anyone wear moissanite (sp) or similar fake stones?

Just curious... does anyone here wear moissanite or another fake diamond type of ring?

If so, how long and are you pleased with your purchase?

I am going to be getting remarried soon and we have been pricing eternity bands. We just sided the house and are (at this very moment) replacing the furnace. Next year we have the roof and I want to put in a pool, so I really don't want to drop a couple of grand on a piece of jewelry. Yet that girlie part of me defnitely wants something that looks like it!

Opinions appreciated.

I don't have any rings that are fake diamond, but I have several pairs of earrings that I bought from QVC that are Diamonique. They are really pretty. I get compliments on them all the time. I guess I can't really help you with whether a ring would hold up and keep its lustre, but I can tell you that I like the Diamonique stones in my earrings!
