Hi Belinda! Have a great workout! Oh how is your walking program coming along?
I was on week 17 last week and yesterdays mileage was suppose to be 6 but I did 3.5.
It has been such yucky weather here lately that I haven't been doing much walking outdoors. At least just in the few walks I have done my shins aren't bothering me. ;)

Today is PUB for me. I hope this time around to do the whole thing instead of just up only. ;)

HEY! DONE! :)
PUB and ALL! Even the abs with pikes! ;) A little shakey but did them! :) I used similar weights like the last time but went lighter on the biceps....THESE ARE BRUTElY TOUGH for some reason. OI! Going to be feeling this one later for sure!

Belinda: How was your workout? :)

Workout is finally done! I will post my workout later! Haven't done any walking besides walking with the dogs:mad: just don't have time right now! You worked your upper body good if you are saking, good job! Those bi exerises are a killer:eek:

I am waiting for more details about Cathe's new series:eek: BBL!
 
Hi all!

Been MIA because we decided that DD was feeling good enough to head out of town to my dad's 70th birthday party. She had been feeling so bad that we might miss it because of her. Overall she did great, although some of the party was loud and just too much, so she stepped out for a bit. Really glad that we did go.

That said, I think I gained about 5 pounds! Need to get back in the swing of things - working out and eating a lot cleaner. Plan to do that tomorrow.
