Hi everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live - her recent leg one from Thursday. It was trisets. I did not do the stability ball abs. I added on a 20 minute pilates workout - Trim, Tighten, Tone with Andrea Speirs and Kristen Matthews. It was good.

Ooh just me again.

Today I did RWH Back/rear delts/shoulders - a premix of 2 sets + finishers. I added on the lower body segment of the pilates workout i did yesterday and added in 7 minutes of the one I did yesterday. It was a good. See you all tomorrow. Wow it's warming up.

Today was Xtrain Bi's and Tris..

Catching up with chores today...yikes!
