Daily Check in Weekend of April 4 & 5, 2015

Good morning everyone,

Today I did Radiant Flow Yoga - 30 minutes (not my cup of tea - too advanced and wayyyyyy to serious).

Next, I did Cassey Ho's Pop Pilates Total Body Workout - the whole thing. This is OUTSTANDING and fun and tough. I love this young woman. So much spunk.

Today I did Pure Strength Chest, shoulders + triceps. It was 40 very quick minutes. What a great workout
I added on 25 weighted lunges + bridges. Finished off with some Pop Pilates. Just love that Cassey Ho.

Cassey Ho? I have to check this lady out, hmmm..

Yesterday was MMA Boxing, today I just finished Cathe Live Upper Body Sculpt. No school tomorrow so rehearsal all day, I will be doing Cardio Leg Blast before heading out, just in case I don't have a chance to check in.
