Hi ladies,

Today was a break from S90. I am going to do Core and Cardio Challenge tomorrow together. Today was Jillians' 30 Day Shred, all 3 workouts. That felt good!!
 
Hi everyone! Its gorgeous here today. I volunteered at the GED ministry this morning and I'm mentally exhausted. Not sure what's on the agenda for the rest of the day...but wanted to stop in and say hi.

Forgot to check in this morning :rolleyes: Today was Low Impact Circuit, which wraps up week 2 of FF's Get Ready for Summer rotation. LIC is the starting workout in Cathe's April rotation...I think I may switch over to that rotation...love me some circuits ;)

Rest of the day was the usual Saturday CleanMax and LaundryMax. We are watching the NCAA's right now....game one has been really exciting! I was glad to see Butler pull out the win.

Tammy - I may start the April rotation after I am finished with S90.

Today was Cardio Challenge and Core Dynamics. That was brutal, but good!
 
Decided to stick with the rotation I'm doing for now. Today was cardio and my plan was to do BM#1 step cardio only...unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and I gave up after about 20 minutes. When am I going to learn to listen to my body??? :confused:

Conni ~ Another great workout for you, your stamina is amazing.

I'm going to take it easy for the rest of today. I'll check back later.
 
Hi Tammy and Connie - Today was first day if SP90 rotation. Chest and back. Felt good to lift weights. It was a good workout. I had to pause they move a little too fast for me. Also got a.one.mile walk in with Bella. Had pizza and chicken wings last night and ribs tonight. I'll eat better tomorrow.
