Today was rest day - I did Christi's Still Steppin and CLX Ab Burner.

Running errands, cleaning, and mourning the Buckeye loss...:confused:

Hi everyone I did the 300 rep workout in 22:03. Its 10 exercises 30 repts. But I really only did 266 reps. I could only do 13 pull ups (instead of 30) and I did these lying I dont have a pull up bar. I use handles from the Weider gym set and lay on a bench and pull myself up using the handles. I also only did 13 triple knee tuck side step push up.

I jumped in the pool right after. :cool:

Air show was ok. Lots of sun and very hot there. We only stayed a couple of hours. I bought 2 pair of sunglasses for $20 :cool:

Hello!

This morning was 4 DS Bootcamp Upperbody Circuit... not too crazy about this one, kept having to pause to set-up equipment, get equipment or weights. Rest of the day was CleanMax and some LaundryMax :confused:

Carmen ~ Good job on the 300 workout...those are VERY hard.

Conni ~ Hope you find some R & R. Sorry about your Buckeyes.

Happy Sunday everyone! Today I did SP 90 Ultimate Ball workout. There were a couple of challenging moves in that one.
