Good morning all!

Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. "No Repeats & Knee Friendly" Full Body & Rowing Circuit
YT-Eligned- 10 min. Full Body Lymphatic Flush (first time for this one, I liked it, I liked the moves, etc., but she went
too daggone fast for me, but it was interesting........I have done alot of the moves in it in other workouts, like Cathe's, etc.)

Don't even ask what was I thinking, cuz I don't know. I couldn't settle on any cardio today and YouTube was no help either sooooo.... I pulled out Cathe's Boss Loops Glutes and Core, oh my!! Yes, I did legs yesterday at the gym so why not do more legs the day after....so I did.


Mind you there were modifications and different exercises done for some of it but it was done and finished!! Whew!! 52 ish minutes tad longer because I had to pause the video to change bands. But I used what they used as far as the bands go. I think I will be feeling this later on top of yesterday's workout :eek:

Annette, I had to laugh at the beginning of your post.............but good job getting thru 52 min. of Cathe's Boss Loops Glutes and Core today! Even after a big leg day yesterday!!! Hope you can walk tomorrow! :):)
I'm sure you will, you're a "tough cookie" ! :)

Annette- Yours was a fun post to read today. WOW! You are a brave lady after an impressive leg day workout yesterday, which no doubt gave the gift of feeling it a bit today. Then today you tackled Cathe's Boss Loops Glutes and Core, Oh My is right! Yikes I think I'm even feeling DOMS from reading that. WOW & Bravo on today's awesome and brave workout:)
