Hi Tammy,

Thanks for the thoughts, DH was admitted to the Hospital yesterday for more pain mgt. Should be in about a week probably, I just didn't have time to sit down at the computer yesterday. I am at work today, so I am catching up now.
Yesterday I did TF 45 and Core 20.
Today I did Kelly's Shape of things to Come, and then I did S90 Total Body. I will use that as an add on, it is too incomplete on its own, imo.

What do you all think of Cathe's news???? I am honestly excited, for a change!
 
Good morning. Dragging a little this morning. Today is S90 Tabata inferno after work. Looking forward to it.

Connie I was thinking about u yesterday. Hope all works out well. Not thinking too much about cathes new DVDs. I bought the last ones and barely use them. Her workouts are too long IMO.

Helloooo,

Because I am in a month long fitness challenge I have to work out everyday and longer than usual to gain fitness minutes. That said: today I did KPC - the first part - 37 minutes (forget what it's called cardio conditioning?) then I did lower body blast premix with no floorwork which was 49 minutes - minus deadlifts (i have a disc issue). Total time: 1.5 hrs with 642 calories burned. the biggest burn came from LLB. that is a cardio workout according to my heart rate monitor. love that workout. just wish the picture was clearer. can't seem to fix that.

anyway... back to my essay.
