STS2 Body Parts: Legs- dvd mix -26 min.
STS2 Active Recovery- dvd mix- 10 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- "Fat Burn" (Ropeless Jump Rope & Skater Lunges) Workout- 17 min.

Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did more C&E for upper body for 50 minutes (I just love the variety of heavy weight workouts they offer and I found out they are a Canadian and Hungarian couple :) - my DH and his family are all from Hungary).

Linda - nice mix of heavy weights and cardio this morning :)
Annette - sounds like you had a really good day with your DH!

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did a weight workout. It was NOT legs (even though today should have been leg day). Today I did chest and triceps doing all the listed exercises minus triceps rope pulldown . I did add a few extra tricep exercises.

Bench press I took up to 85 pounds for 3 reps, there was also incline bench press with 15, 17.5 and 25's. Plus I did flyes with the dumbbells too but flat.

I did the flye machine up to I think 85.

Plus I added in hammer curls and 1 leg machine just in case I don't get back in here. I also did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with some weighted exercises. And a stretch.

All in all a 90 minute weight workout!
