Good morning everybody!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- " Body Sculpt Overload" - 34 min.
Blender- "Chair Yoga Stretch Express" - 15 min.

That's it. Cold here.......Brrrrr.

Hi Linda,

Today was Leg day!! I did every machine but 1. I was able to increase weight on everything. Incline leg press 3 sets (1 set of 15 with 1 45 on each side, 2nd set 2 45's on each side for 10 then 3 45's on each side for 8.

Then used same machine for calves with only 1 45 on each side for 3 sets of 15.

Then I did both the machine leg extension and machine leg curl machine , not sure the final weight on those.

Did the lying hamstring machine max was 25 pounds that machine is a killer.

Did both inner and outer thigh machines up to 55 pounds .

Also did the seated calf machine.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises plus 6 deadlifts and a stretch.

All in all 65 minutes.

I remember I loved that machine. :). We actually had one machine, for both, where I used to go, you did like the outer thigh, then flipped a switch, so to speak, & did inner
thighs. One of my favs That I miss!

It's cold here too. Was 29 this morning! We even had snow last night! Imagine - this is crazy and it was in the 70s last weekend.

I love both of those too! Haven't used them in a while - since my injury last year
 
No workouts for me today. In the office today, tomorrow and Thursday. Why does everyone push their objectives to the end of the year and then impose actions on the rest of us in the 4th quarter??
