Rough going this morning, but I got my act together to do RWH Low Impact Hiit Scrambled Egg premix and Core 1.
Just right for a morning when I didn't want to do HS...

I didn't feel like working out this morning either! I managed PS Back/biceps/abs + my own squats/thrusts + my own stretch.

How fortunate for you to be working alongside such dedicated teens!
