Today is a cardio day, think I will do S90 Tabata Inferno :D

Good morning,

this morning I did Intensity minus bootcamp and medicine ball abs from ab circuits. cardio is so tough for me in the mornings. time to shower.

i hope everyone gets in a good workout and has a good day.

Hi Ladies,

I am currently doing FF Get ready for summer rotation 2010, those are always good for me.

Today was cardio - one of my friends here at work lent me an Insanity dvd. I did the Max Cardio Conditioning today and then I added Coreblast abs on the ball.

I was a pool of sweat! I did most of the high impact stuff on my rebounder, but Shaun T. was relentless. This was my first Insanity experience, and it was better than I thought it would be. He goes from one move to the next very quickly, so it wasn't as boring as I thought it might be, and you really feel like you can go at your own pace and not feel guilty about it.

Hi ladies - Today was cardio for me. I did 7 min on stationary bike for warm up then 12 min of intense interval cardio with gymboss timer. Another beautiful day here except we are in height of lovebug season and there are swarms of them everywhere. They are harmless but you cannot layout by the pool because you'd be covered in them. They are very annoying. We are inside the condo today bumming around. May take a walk along the beach later tonight when LB are not so active.

Can you believe my boss text me on vacation to ask me something about work??? Now mind you I left all the information she was asking for organized in a binder on her desk....ugh!

Off to take a power nap..:)

Carmen ~ Those LB's sound very annoying...yikes! I can't believe your boss texted you on your vacation :confused:

Conni ~ Insane workout today!! ;)

Siobhan ~ Good job with the morning cardio...some days I do find it hard to tackle cardio first thing in the morning.
