Good Thursday Morning Everyone,
Today I did STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders/triceps. I modified a bit to reduce the time so I worked out for about 55 minutes. I stretched in between sets and will do a bit of an extended stretch now.
Nicki - I am so sorry to read that your leg is still bothering you. Goodness, I hope this heals.
