Annette- How are your legs feeling? I bet your feeling it after that killer leg day workout. Take it easy on the legs, maybe some Advil and a hot bath with Epsom salts may help ease things a bit. Double Wow!! Another impressive workout today targeting Back, Biceps and Forearms. Plus floor work for abs, legs, and glutes all together clocking in at 75 Min. Here's today's workout:
I'm really tired today trying to this all on four hours of sleep and no nap. So I did what I could and trying keep DH motivated to exercise for his diabetes and health. Its been tough for me to do my workouts and walking with him as well. I don't mind it but I just need more rest less fatigue to function, so not good for my MS.
