Hi ladies,

Today was RWH Lift it Hiit it Biceps, Back and Shoulders..

Rehearsals are moving along - frustrating at times, but I think the show will come together!

Today was 26 minutes of Powerstrikes and 17 minutes of Bodystrikes. Needed something different and those workouts do the trick.

Supposed to snow tomorrow just when we thought Spring was here. Thankfully it should be short lived.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did RWH Chest/shoulders/triceps - minus the triceps because I did Hoco Body Blast Low Impact as an add on (30 minutes). It was a good workout today.

Great workouts ladies.
