Hang in there, the week is almost over:+ Today is PS Legs/Abs and a 20 minute run.

Tammy - I still have your son and that family in my thoughts and prayers.

Today I'm doing MM in its entirety. The rotation has it broken down into two days of UP and LB premixes but I'm going to tackle the whole thing. It's a fun one and I NEED some weights!

Finally the bus picked up my daughter!!!:D Different driver, wrong time, but I am confident she is at least going to the right place!!;-) :p
Yesterday her bus was so late getting her home that she was almost late for work. Poor kid had to really hustle!!!

I think I am going to try Kimberly Spreens Kickbox Bootcamp. I'm not a big fan of kickbox but I've heard this one is different. If I'm not enjoying it, I'll find something else!;-)

Hi all,

Thank goodness it is almost the end of the week!! We didn't get home from the hospital until very late,and I had planned on tacking Imax 3 today! Well, I actually did it. Got all the way through it and also did abs from MM!

Phyllis - What does that premix consist of?? I need to find that thread.

Hi gals,

I did Leaner Legs' warm up, then did PLB floorwork and abs off of PSSL&A, then did 1-2 upper body exercises off the PS series minus back. All in all about 42 min. of weight work not bad for a different hodge podge and doing legs first.

Becky, if you check out the thread about it, Shelley gives us the breakdown. It sounds good if you ask me. I want to try it, I think!
 
It is 6:35 and I still haven't worked out! But I have a good excuse! My daddy and stepmom surprised me by coming up this evening and bringing my roman shades. I had no idea she would get them done this fast!! Daddy called and said they were coming to look at my cabinets but I had no idea!

Hi ladies...late check back for me as we lost power for about 3 hours due to some bad storms rolling through.

I got my workouts in, although the 20 min run turned into a 20 min fast walk on an incline as my legs are like JELL-O!!! I'm loving this rotation :eek:

Jane ~ OMG!!! Those roman shades are to die for! What an absolutely gorgeous kitchen. Thanks for the continued thoughts and prayers.

Conni ~ Good job with IM#3, that one is hard for me with a full night of sleep!

Becky ~ Glad you enjoyed your workout..I'm not a fan of kickbox either so I may have to give that one a try. I think we are going to have a BM2 scrambled egg day soon!

Wendy ~ My son is holding up well. I think the first few days he was in a state of shock, but he seems a bit better. We are still so heartbroken for the young man's family... ;( ;(

Phyllis ~ Yes..we need to have a Cathe BM2 Scrambled Eggs Day!! How is your DS doing at college? My son just called me and he is LOVING college. He surprised himself because he was so afraid that he was going to hate it. WHEW! :eek:
 
Phyllis ~ Yes, I feel a little bit better ;) Your son is heading to the US Open this weekend...what match is he going to see?
