I'm going to do LB Volume 2 this morning plus 30 min on the treadmill after work and I'll finish with my daily 200

Thanks for getting us going today. I did KV Step Circuit workout this morning and then watched the wedding while I was getting ready for work.

Hi Ladies - Its hot and muggy here today. I guess summer has arrived. Today was SP 90 Cardio Challenge. It was a good workout.

I loved Catherine's dress. I think she looked classic, elegent, almost reminded me of Grace Kelly's wedding look. I loved the tiara too. To contrast this we got an email from my step son from Afghanistan. He's living situation is very rough and dangerous. Has not showered in over one week. Asking for our prayers and baby wipes!.
